Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Sales Coordinator to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

The candidate will play a vital role in supporting the company sales team, handling various administrative and organizational task. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication between sales representatives and clients ensuring efficient processing of sales related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with showroom and project sales teams for schedules, documentation, and client communication.
  • Explore areas in Dubai and Sharjah to identify new projects and potential clients.
  • Arrange and attend meetings at client offices and project sites to understand product requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and product submittals.
  • Provide prompt after-sales support and follow up on client complaints and issues.
  • Manage sales databases, track order progress, and ensure timely processing and deliveries.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery coordination.
  • Assist the showroom team with regular display maintenance and upgrades.
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients regarding order status, delays, or changes.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or customer service in Sanitary and tiles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
