Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and scale our clients AI-powered assistant platform within a regional super app ecosystem. This role focuses on driving product innovation, customer engagement, and platform intelligence across services such as ride-hailing, food delivery, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML-driven products, enterprise platform management, and customer-centric technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in B2C or platform-based tech environments
• Hands-on experience with AI products (e.g. chat assistants, personalization engines, recommendation systems)
• Proven success in leading the product lifecycle from vision to scale across mobile and web-based platforms
• Deep understanding of customer experience design, user behavior, and digital support automation
• Strong command of data tools (e.g. SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to generative AI platforms or NLP technologies
• Previous experience in super app or marketplace environments
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (CDPs, segmentation tools, campaign automation)
