Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marine Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our vast portfolio of services within the vibrant Dubai, GCC , Cyprus and Greek marine sector. Knowing local languages will be helpful.

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including Ship owners, Managers , yards , and other relevant stakeholders.
Present and demonstrate our range of products/services effectively, highlighting their features and benefits to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
Collaborate closely with internal teams globally including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Extensive travelling within the area and beyond will be needed . Including to other offices within the organisation

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the marine industry
. Excellent command of English is also required.
Strong understanding of the Dubai marine market and its key players is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (or similar sales management tools).
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
