Project Manager – Digital

Having had a presence in the GCC for over 9 years and 2 offices they are one of the leading innovative agencies in the UAE.

Due to heavy expansion my client is looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of projects for clients, ensuring the quality of work, and the meeting of timelines and budget. As the conduit for all services, they shall be responsible for liaising between the client and other agency staff to coordinate projects and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans that include the full life-cycle of development including IA, UX, Creative, Content Development, Build/Development, Testing & UAT and roll out.
2. Writing digital strategic proposals that grab clients attention.
3. Ensuring we have all the relevant information to respond to RFP’s.
4. Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
5. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
6. Presenting alongside agency colleagues campaign/project ideas and budgets to the client.
7. Working with the client servicing team & other colleagues to brief creative, digital, suppliers and media buyers and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies.
8. Writing client contact and status reports.
9. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns/project ideas and budgets to clients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Preferably a certified PMP or AGILE related methodologies project manager, with a proven track record of delivery complex digital projects & campaigns.
2. Knowledge of content management systems and admin panels is a plus.
3. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and a variety of online systems and tools.
4. In depth knowledge of the latest digital marketing/advertising trends on:
1. Search engines optimisation.
2. Social media strategy & advertising.
3. Search engine marketing & display/network advertising.
4. Mobile App development- Native Vs. Cross platform.
