- Trend tracking + same-day implementation (speed > perfection)
- Coordinating the internal team (video editor, designer, copywriter, videographer)
- Writing or overseeing hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs that turn views into followers
- Content performance reporting, analysis & iteration
- Creating 45 engaging short-form videos per week, per brand
What Success Looks Like:
- Sharp engagement growth across all platforms
- 23 viral videos per month
- Clear positioning of Stphanie as a visionary in HR & recruitment
- Organic inbound leads & daily buzz around our content
- Consistent publishing, strong creative direction, and results-first mindset
What You Bring:
- 24 years growing founder-led or company brand accounts
- French is absolutely mandatory - please if you don't speak French, do not apply
- You've taken at least one account from 0 to 50K+ and can prove it
- You've created viral content (including video & texts) and understand why it worked
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Youtube, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn
- You know how to lead creatives and ship content fast
- You must also know how to run paid ad campaigns and track performance metrics to optimize results
- Bonus: background in recruitment, entrepreneurship, or employer branding
