Job Summary:

Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate operations in the UAE. The role involves managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other enterprise projects, managing data migration, integrations, and user training. The candidate will work closely with functional leads, business teams, implementation partners, and IT to ensure successful project execution that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Lead project discovery sessions.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Manage risk, issues, and change management throughout the implementation.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, managing tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Oversee project execution to meet milestones and deliverables efficiently.

Business Requirements & Documentation

• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide feedback to align project scope with business needs.
• Ensure processes and configurations meet real estate industry standards in the UAE.

Data Management & Migration

• Understand data objects and templates for migration (Oracle Fusion ERP & Sales Force).
• Collaborate with business units to collect and validate data within timelines.
• Perform pre-migration data validation and reconciliation.
• Review reconciliation reports to ensure accurate data migration.

ERP Integration & Testing

• Support the implementation team in ensuring smooth ERP integrations.
• Assist in testing integrations for data consistency and system behavior.
• Oversee testing of ERP processes before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

User Training & Documentation

• Review training materials, manuals, and test scripts for accuracy.
• Facilitate ERP training sessions for users.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and promote system adoption.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Mandatory real estate industry experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP integrations with Salesforce, Yardi, Jaggaer.
• Expertise in business process mapping, ERP configuration, and training.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Oracle Cloud ERP certification is a plus.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
