Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for generating and driving sales across multiple divisions, including marketing agency services (social media, branding, and events), ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, interior design solutions, and cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in diverse sectors and be capable of building strong client relationships to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, including marketing services (social media, branding, events), ELV sales, interior design, and cleaning services.
  2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients, demonstrating Al Nayef Group's range of services and unique value propositions.
  4. Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and closing sales in a timely manner.
  5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for sales growth and competitive advantage.
  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Target Achievement & Reporting : Meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues or concerns promptly and maintaining a strong post-sales relationship.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in marketing, branding, ELV systems, interior design, or cleaning services.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, events, ELV technology, interior design, and cleaning services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ELV systems and technology is a plus.
  • Experience in event management or design services is an advantage.
