Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising with suppliers and clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and payments
  • Organizing office layout and supplies
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with ISO standards is an advantage
  • Handling correspondence and communication distribution
  • Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Maintaining office schedule and logistics, including transportation
