Guildhall is representing a fast-growing, mission-led brand within the premium snack space. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a passionate UAE Sales Manager to drive their specialty and corporate sales across the region. This role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support growth and build strong relationships in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement a comprehensive sales strategy for increased market presence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with retail buyers and existing grocery accounts.
- Build and sustain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events, representing the brand externally.
- Travel across the UAE to meet potential clients and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate between teams and clients.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in team environments.
- Self-starter with a passion for relationship-building and community development.
