Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for handling every phone call professionally to provide a customer-focused response, ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Receiving each guest call in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  3. Handling queries politely and courteously, exceeding guest expectations
  4. Greeting guests by name upon calling, as per Rotana Standard
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services
  6. Monitoring guest profiles through the Opera system
  7. Completing management's long-distance call vouchers and recording them appropriately
  8. Maintaining the guest wake-up call schedule and delivering calls on time
  9. Ensuring proper operation of the switchboard for efficient call transfers
  10. Taking messages for guests and management as per standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a diploma or degree in hospitality with relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong voice modulation, are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
