Job description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows environments, a strong foundation in networking, and a working knowledge of various IT infrastructure systems. This role requires someone who is proactive, technically versatile, and capable of managing a broad range of IT responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain macOS devices using JAMF.Administer and support Windows client devices using Microsoft Active Directory.Configure and maintain NAS storage systems and manage file share permissions.Troubleshoot and support networking components, including routing and VLANs.Perform cabling, termination, and patching; use LAN testers and tone probes.Assist in the setup and basic configuration of wireless access points.Provide support for IP telephony systems.Assist with access control systems and troubleshooting.Manage and support cloud-based antivirus solutions.Support the setup and basic maintenance of IP cameras and NVR systems.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree (required)CompTIA Server+ and/or Network+ certification (preferred)Proven experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure roleStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyPreferred Skills:JAMF administration for Mac environmentsMicrosoft Active Directory managementBasic knowledge of NAS/file server permissionsUnderstanding of basic networking concepts (routing, VLANs)Familiarity with cabling tools and network testing devicesWireless AP configuration experienceExposure to IP telephony, access control systems, and NVR/IP cameras
