Job description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment and Admin Manager located in Dubai. The Recruitment and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Additionally, the role will involve overseeing administrative tasks such as office management, employee records maintenance, HR Documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • The Recruitment and Admin Manager will also coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and support HR initiatives.

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Onboarding processes
  • Skills in Office Management and Administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employee Records maintenance
  • Strong Organizational and Coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the property development or architectural hardware industry is a plus
