We are looking for an experienced and dedicated team lead in backup administration to oversee our backup systems and ensure data integrity for our client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of backup technologies, and a proven track record in managing teams effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of IT support professionals, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage backup solutions and ensure data integrity and recoverability.
• Coordinate and supervise onsite support services.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects.
• Provide escalation support and ensure SLA adherence.
• Drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements :

• 6+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in backup tools and administration (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Acronis).
• Familiarity with project management practices (PMP or ITIL preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
