Job description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for upholding and developing creative work across the organisation's branding, marketing, and communications efforts. This role is a key driver of creative ideas, working to create innovative and impactful designs, collateral, and copy that resonate with target audiences, while ensuring that all creativewhether visual or writtenaligns with and leverages established brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer is instrumental in maintaining a consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and high creative standards across all internal and external communications.

Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Copywriting:

  • Collaborate on the development and design of digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, and branded assets.
  • Assist in creating compelling and clear copy that reflects the company's tone of voice and effectively communicates the brand's message to target audiences.

Branding, Marketing, and Communications:

  • Develop creative materials for external and internal marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Assist in high-quality designs and copy for a variety of marketing and communication channels, including social media, brochures, websites, presentations, and advertising materials.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of creative campaigns that effectively promote the brand's message, tone of voice, and identity across various platforms.
  • Develop creative solutions for internal communication, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with the company's brand identity.

Creative Standards and Brand Consistency:

  • Uphold and maintain the highest creative standards for all marketing and communication materials.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs, whether visual or written, are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice, across both internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure all communications, campaigns, and branding efforts are on-brand and effectively represent the organisation's values and goals.

External Collaboration and Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with external partners, including design agencies, advertising partners, and printers, to ensure high-quality and on-brand creative materials are produced.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to creative standards and budgets.

Innovation and Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of creative innovation in marketing and communications.
  • Proactively bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table that contribute to the growth and success of the brand.

Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in marketing on the creative side, ideally in the real estate sector.
  • Able to design and develop content (graphics, images, and videos) using industry standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, as well as Figma/Sketch.
  • Able to create and edit videos from stock or raw footage for the purpose of marketing, branding, and advertising.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external agencies and manage creative projects with vendors.
  • Passion for quality and excellence, with an appreciation for premium standards.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and an understanding of how to translate brand messages into effective visual and written content.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong writing and communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
