Job Description
Accommodation Management:
  • Ensure staff accommodation security and adherence to policy.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and asset integrity.
  • Supervise external contractors and staff allocation.
Administration, Maintenance, & Security:
  • Record keeping and room allocation.
  • Equipment and amenity provision.
  • Liaison with contractors for maintenance.
  • Ensure security protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
Cleanliness & Inventory:
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Manage linen inventory and conduct room inspections.
General Responsibilities:
  • Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to rules and regulations, fostering a cohesive work environment.
Occasional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in activities and events.
  • Assist in training and development.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Legal and Standards Compliance:

Ensure that the standards required by law and management are maintained at all times in the specified areas.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Ability to handle a diverse and multicultural workforce.
  • Support with events and well-being activities.
  • Event organizing experience is an asset.
