Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of Airbnb properties in Dubai, ensuring each is properly maintained, well-presented, and meets guest expectations.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for landlords, fostering strong relationships and managing their expectations while keeping them informed about property performance.
3. Handle all aspects of guest relations, including bookings, communication, check-ins, and addressing concerns or issues that may arise during stays.
4. Use your extensive knowledge of UAE short-term rental laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure full compliance with local requirements and Airbnb policies.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring positive experiences for both guests and landlords.
6. Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and optimizing listings on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
7. Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence when dealing with landlords and guests, providing excellent service and managing expectations.
8. Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and property management services.
9. Monitor and report on property performance, including occupancy rates, guest reviews, and financials, and recommend improvements.
10. Maintain a strong track record of positive guest reviews, with experience as an Airbnb Superhost preferred.
11. Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties, especially within the UAE market.
12. Familiarity with Airbnb and other rental platforms, including listing management, booking systems, and pricing strategies.
13. High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with landlords and guests.
14. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
