To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:
DPS Regional Sales Manager – Dubai, UAE
You should have at least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial relationships of tailor-made solutions in a multinational company (preferably in Oil and Gas or Rotating Equipment).
Your tasks will include:
- Determine customers' requirements and market needs.
- Identify new markets and applications.
- Coordinate product pricing with Product Management.
- Conduct technical analysis and evaluate international and regional competitors.
- Document and update market research data.
- Define the regional DPS sales strategy aligned with Global DPS Strategy and Regional BC strategy: "how to achieve the DPS target in the region."
- Support implementation of the action plan in cooperation with Regional BC and DPS management.
- Be accountable for DPS regional Order Intake and Sales forecast.
- Regularly review Order Intake / Sales according to company leadership cycle (BRM, QFC).
- Coordinate and provide guidance to the regional DPS front sales team.
- Support sales team for strategic projects (customer visits, sales presentations, bid reviews, customer negotiations).
- Manage processes (offer design support, restructuring, process monitoring, reporting).
- Document quarterly forecasts and achieved order intake in CRM.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, user meetings, etc.
- Develop and coach the regional sales team on technical and commercial DPS topics.
- Identify necessary sales setup in the region (internal workforce/external partners).
- Review and control external sales partnerships.
- Assist HR in candidate selection and job interviews when necessary.
- Support onboarding of new DPS colleagues in the region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, specifically Electronic or related field, or equivalent working experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial relationships of tailor-made solutions.
- Understanding of digital solutions (hardware, software), machinery diagnostics, IoT/Cloud solutions, basic compressor machinery principles and operations.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional communication skills with sales partners, customers, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with international business practices and regulations.
- Willingness to travel and interest in other countries and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and style to the audience.
- High social competence, customer focus, and result orientation.
- Strategic thinking, teamwork, self-awareness, and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
