Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage the identification of manpower plan and streamline the recruitment process in relation to recruitment
  • Prepare offer letters and other documents of the shortlisted candidates for HRD & MD’s approval.
  • Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for technical, production, and corporate roles.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, coordinating with department heads to ensure role fit.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment database and talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to validate candidate qualifications and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics to track hiring success and improve processes.
  • Create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • At least four (4) years experience in handling full cycle in recruiting, sourcing, and employee branding preferably in the manufacturing industry in the UAE.
  • Experience in identifying proper competencies required for each job position using job specifications
  • Experience in Applicant tracking systems, databases, or any HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
