Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead operations within our Sinotruk Division, specializing in heavy commercial vehicles. Based in Dubai, this role is critical in ensuring efficient parts supply, stock control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring timely availability of spare parts.
• Manage inventory levels, procurement planning, and supplier coordination.
• Lead a team of parts sales staff, warehouse assistants, and logistics coordinators.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and service teams to support after-sales service.
• Monitor parts pricing, margins, and KPIs to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in parts management, ideally within the heavy vehicle or commercial truck industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sinotruk or similar brands preferred.
• Proven leadership and inventory management skills.
• UAE driving license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
