Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from a University or College in US/UK

Requirements

To help with all marketing deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Branding and Design Elements
  • 3D design and 2D design
  • Image Search
  • Creative brainstorming

The Graphic designer should have an experience in taking the brief directly from the end user, preparing a variety of design work for print and digital media. He/She will be required to produce quality design work under tight deadlines for multiple events/projects and shifting priorities. The designer should be able to link files for HTML emails and digital banners. The position plays a key role in assisting the Marketing team with rolling out all requirements in a timely manner. The designer should follow existing brand and campaign guidelines to ensure design, style and branding is consistent across all marketing collaterals.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Creative thinker with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to design print and digital materials.
  • 3D design skills: be able to create stands & 3D elements
  • Basic skills in HTML
  • Self-starter who excels at working independently, but also works nimbly and calmly in a highly collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive design direction.
  • Superior attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to make excellent design decisions that align with copy and other aspects of communications projects.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously, and ability to bring each project from initial concept to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills to interface with staff, and external vendors, printers, and designers.
