Job description

• Engage customers in-store and online, demonstrating the features and benefits of home appliances and mobile devices to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the unique selling points, ensuring customers understand how to utilize the products effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and insights on products to relay back to the marketing and development teams for continuous improvement.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling complementary items during customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or brand promotion, particularly in home appliances or mobile technology.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or communications is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
