Role Purpose

To create an unforgettable, world-class customer experience at Al Hamra Cellar—making it the top destination in the United Arab Emirates for fine wine and spirits. A key focus is building and nurturing a network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and high-spending customers, while driving pre-sales of rare and exceptional bottles. Acting as a trusted deputy to the Store Manager, you'll help keep the store running seamlessly and ensure every customer interaction is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of HNWI and high spenders, particularly around Fine Wine, Champagne, Hennessy, Super Premium Rum/Tequila and Malts
  • Coordinate and communicate online and pre-orders for guaranteed availability and collection
  • Ensure pre-sale of exceptional bottles
  • Attend dinners / customer events where required across NE/Dubai
  • Support Retail team in-store where required
  • Handling the whole customer purchase life cycle, assisting with instore purchases, online, remote payment links, engraving service and collection agreements / checkout
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions on stock orders, availability measures
  • Ensure alignment with Fine Wine team, Malt Category Manager and Customer Relationship Manager
  • Prepare monthly report on Fine Wine & Spirits customer base and feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury marketing
  • Proven ability to network effectively with high-net-worth clients, coupled with strong sales and relationship management skills.
  • Passionate about curating a premium shopping environment, from elegant store displays to well-organized back-of-house operations.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Wines and Spirits sector
  • WSET Level 2 certification
