International Corporate Bank is currently undergoing expansion in their Middle East headquarters. Our client is one of the largest banking organizations around the globe, underpinned by an extremely strong balance sheet and growing profits.

Position: Senior Officer, Sales & Marketing

The role involves supporting the development of the bank’s corporate banking and financial institutions strategies, managing MENA sales and marketing efforts, maintaining customer relations, preparing documentation for customer rating and credit recommendations, and analyzing market and economic risks relevant to the region.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the head in developing the bank’s corporate banking and financial institutions plans and strategies.
2. Manage MENA sales & marketing activities and customer relations.
3. Prepare documents for customer rating and credit recommendations.
4. Support the setup and promotion of the bank’s representative relationships with local and international interbank entities, including applying for relevant country and financial institution lines to the Credit Committee.
5. Analyze relevant country economies, risks, market trends, and industry sectors.

Qualifications

• Fluent/Excellent in Arabic; Very Good in English.
• Own a car and possess a valid driving license.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in international finance, accounting, or banking.
• Relevant qualifications such as CDCS & CFA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade finance or corporate banking.
• Extensive experience in trading finance, structured products, bilateral loans, project finance, syndicated loans, etc.
• Unquestionable personal and professional integrity.
• Positive attitude with proven ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and make independent decisions.
