Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the mobilization and management of total facility management (TFM) contracts or management services agreements, including MEP and HSE for public beaches and civil ancillary work.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, including scope development, tendering, evaluation, and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective services.
  • Attend day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance across Hard and Soft FM services.
  • Implement and direct TFM strategies with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement the best practices and operational plans to optimize performance and cost.
  • Prepare final budget documentation and plans, ensuring adherence to budget throughout all operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to assess the service and maintenance required.
  • Coordinate alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning of facilities as outlined in the operating procedures.
  • Monitor facility operations, implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
  • Supervise teams and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the inventory to ensure that the required spares and consumables are available in stock.
  • Prepare facility performance reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Architectural) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management with reputable organizations.
  • Preference is given to individuals with experience in beach facility management and familiarity with related contractual procedures.
  • Preference is given to candidates with Certified Facility Manager (CFM) – IFMA, Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI, LEED Green Associate (LEED GA)

  • Thorough grasp of industry best practices, HSE regulations, and sustainable facility operations.
