Job Responsibilities
- To provide a portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank, and retain their loyalty and respect.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales/revenues and promote cross-selling of bank products to all existing clients.
- Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
- Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
Financial and Sales Goals
Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly targets, including cross-sell and up-sell of products to both existing and new-to-bank customers.
- Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of MG products and services.
- Communicate with HNW clients to identify their financial needs.
- Achieve revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services.
- Maximize profitability from the Gold base while countering competition from other providers offering alternative investments and wealth management opportunities.
- Acquire new-to-bank HNW clients.
- Maintain a superior customer service experience, including proactive servicing and issue resolution.
- Safeguard the bank from potential losses, AML fraud, and ensure ethical behavior at all times during and after sales.
- Enhance market profile and awareness.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- University graduate.
- Strong selling and financial markets knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Relationship management and networking skills.
- Extrovert/amiable personality.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role with another bank or financial services in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

CISI certified.
