Job description

• Graduate majoring in IT, Business, Economics - Finance or equivalent.

• At least 4 years as a BA position.

• Having a strong understanding about the working flow of functions of Web/App.

• BA overall skills (elicit requirement, analyze information, create technical documents).

• Familiar with software development processes such as Agile (Scrum), Waterfall.

• Participate in the prioritization process and manage prioritizing App issues/defects.

• Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains.

• Fluent English to be able to communicate face to face.

• Having strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation skills.

• Having technical knowledge is a plus.

• Basic communication English.
