Lead HVAC (High Voltage Alternating Current) projects in the vibrant MEA markets

At NKT, we are looking for a Sales & Project Manager to take charge of our HVAC portfolio in Saudi Arabia and other ME markets. Lead HVAC sales and project execution in MEA

As Sales & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of NKT's HVAC activities in assigned regions. This includes sales and project execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and effective customer relationships. You will lead a regional team of jointers and supervisors, overseeing performance and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Your role will involve:

  1. Oversee sales and project management for HVAC in assigned regions
  2. Lead and support the regional project execution team
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to receivables
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve project-related issues
  5. Facilitate process improvements and integrate new technologies

You will report to the Senior Director Sales MEA and collaborate closely with sales, product management, and production teams. This role is based in Dubai and requires frequent travel (40%+) in the region.

Strategic leader with cultural awareness and change management skills

You possess cultural sensitivity and thrive in a diverse environment. You lead with insight and clarity, building relationships with clients and team members. Your persistence helps navigate complex sales cycles, and your problem-solving mindset ensures effective project outcomes.

You also have:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  3. Fluency in English and Arabic
  4. Experience in HVAC project management and sales
  5. Leadership and team coordination skills
