Job description

We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the HOD - Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Gross Salary : 11,000-12,000 AED + Health insurance and other benefits
  • Company provided Visa

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial goals are met
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors

Qualifications :

  • CA / ACCA / CMA Qualified
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company preferably having contracting business
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
