Role and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Ensure the sales team achieves their monthly sales budget, club closing membership count, and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
2. Drive and lead a team of membership consultants to meet sales targets.
3. Lead and motivate your member retention consultants to achieve desired leaver goals and net gain.
4. Maintain high retention through excellent customer service to all club members and non-members.
5. Drive new membership sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
6. Focus on lead generation activities.
7. Be target and goal-oriented.
8. Handle member queries effectively with a solution-oriented approach.
9. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
10. Possess basic computer proficiency skills.
11. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
12. Demonstrate team management and leadership skills.
13. Have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
