What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Coordinate the loading of outbound deliveries.
Ensure picking and loading are completed on time.
Ensure all planned deliveries are dispatched on time.
Communicate with vendors to ensure all trucks and manpower are available on time for dispatch.
Monitor vendor performance and highlight any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure system PGI is completed and invoice creation.
Ensure all sets of documentation are prepared and handed over to the delivery team.
Reconcile the invoice quantity against the physically loaded quantity.
Create reports in line with the outbound scope.
Coordinate all inbound returns arriving at the warehouse.
Coordinate with the warehouse team on market returns.
Inspect and validate customer claims.
Ensure timely posting of credit notes.
Ensure accurate posting of return stocks.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or diploma.
0–2 years of experience in key account management within FMCG industry.
Excellent MS Office proficiency and Power-BI.
Previous SAP/ORACLE knowledge is a must.
Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
