Job Title: Marketplace Product Manager

The Marketplace Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategies for the company's upcoming marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech, payments, credit cards, and loyalty. We are looking for a product manager who doesn’t shy from going deep into data and doesn’t want to compromise customer experience at all. He/She should enjoy working with the same passion for external and internal customer personas. If you don’t panic with ambiguity, love new challenges, and explore untouched territory, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute product strategies for the marketplace platform (PaaS).
2. Own the roadmap for SellerHub, a platform tailored for seller personas, similar to Seller Central (Amazon) or Helium 10.
3. Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
4. Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering to develop new features.
5. Manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
6. Track product performance and make necessary adjustments.
7. Work with marketing and sales to promote the marketplace platform and generate leads.
8. Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, credit cards, loyalty, and seller portals.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
