We are currently looking for a highly skilled and presentable MEP Supervisor/ Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for high-end client, ensuring quality service and technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting MEP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Handle basic to advanced work related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV
• Respond promptly to client requests and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and communication
• Show willingness to learn and grow, especially in Audio-Video Systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP maintenance
• Basic knowledge across all technical trades
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable, capable of interacting with VIP clients
• Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
