This is a lovely and personable role that involves a multitude of skills including client and candidate management, office administration and basic accounts. The role will support the company and its consultants with daily and project work with their candidates, clients and consultants. Responsibilities include office administration, assisting with business development and marketing activities plus liaising with external providers including the company accountant. This is a strong support role that is looking for a mature individual with an empathetic and proactive nature due to the demands and nature of the role.
Key accountabilities:
The ideal applicant will have worked in Dubai for the past couple of years, possess excellent communication skills in English, and have a good working knowledge of IT and social media. A real plus would be knowledge of Saleforce.com. We are looking for someone who will enjoy the diversity of the role and add value to a small but rapidly growing team.
