Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in scaling our workforce worldwide, identifying and attracting top talent across diverse regions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with global business leaders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting our rapid growth and innovation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for global roles across technology, product, compliance, operations, finance, sales, and leadership functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage strong pipelines of fintech and payments talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and strategic headhunting.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview processes across regions.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarking, and best hiring practices.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from first contact to offer stage and onboarding handover.
- Collaborate with People Ops and HR colleagues to improve employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health, etc.) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize TA tools, systems (ATS/HRIS), processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum 5-8 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or financial services sectors.
- Proven ability to hire across functions and seniority levels, including technology, compliance, product, sales, and executive search.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referral programs, and creative sourcing channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and compliance requirements across key regions (UAE, India, Europe, APAC, Americas, etc.).
- Track record of delivering against aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, or similar).
