Level Up has partnered with a company in the UAE who are now searching for a Production Manager with product management experience who will be responsible for driving the overall success of their existing live and upcoming mobile game titles.

In this position you will be working closely with the founder of the company to help deliver high quality games on time and at scale. This is a senior leadership role within a small company and they need someone who has experience in owning the full product lifecycle, and also leading the production team to ensure that development schedules and roadmaps are delivered in a timely fashion.

We're looking for applicants with the following:

• At least 7 years in mobile games production and a proven track record of launching and scaling mobile games.
• Hands-on experience managing art, game design, and development pipelines in cross-functional teams.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; manage backlog grooming and development timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
