We're Hiring: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Executive & Critical Hiring

We are seeking a recent graduate with a strong interest in sales and performance-driven work to join our team in Dubai as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a commercially focused role, supporting the sourcing and placement of candidates in executive and business-critical positions across a range of industries.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Success in this role is built on your ability to sell opportunities, build candidate engagement, and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and pitch roles to high-calibre candidates
  • Build and maintain structured pipelines for urgent, senior-level hiring needs
  • Work alongside consultants to deliver targeted shortlists on tight deadlines
  • Handle multiple assignments with a focus on speed, quality, and delivery
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to build trust and secure buy-in

Ideal Profile:

  • Recent graduate (within the last 12 years), ideally with a commercial mindset
  • Motivated by sales targets, performance, and commission
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
