The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Inside Sales Representative for the Middle East Africa at the Transportation & Electronics Business Group in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by :
  1. Proactively cooperate with the 3M sales team.
  2. Manage complex customer relationships by understanding the customer’s business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, enhancing sales, and managing growth.
  3. Demonstrate a broad level of influence to support the sales cycle, including closing sales.
  4. Identify, analyze, leverage, and report on new market opportunities to improve market coverage.
  5. Administer local contracts and pricing documents.
  6. Use CRM daily, including reporting activities and social selling tools.
  7. Build a positive perception of 3M products among current and potential customers.
  8. Establish and maintain customer relationships, including cold calling.
