We at Tanami Properties are currently hiring a Real Estate Agent (Italian, German, Romanian) to be part of our Off Plan team.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract.
2. Interview buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
3. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
4. Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers.
5. Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
6. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
7. Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
8. Ensure due diligence of listing documents to comply with Dubai's Land Department and RERA Standards.
9. Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
10. Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure timely handling.
11. Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
12. Prepare necessary documents, such as listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds.
13. Maintain knowledge of UAE real estate laws, local economies, and available mortgage and financing options.
14. Always represent the company professionally.
