Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings and layouts for landscaping, irrigation systems, and coordinating with MEP, civil, and electrical disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for landscape architecture, irrigation systems, and site development.
2. Coordinate with MEP, civil, and electrical engineers to integrate systems into landscape plans.
3. Develop layout plans, planting plans, and irrigation schematics as per project requirements.
4. Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built documentation.
5. Ensure drawings are compliant with local regulations, standards, and project specifications.
6. Modify and update designs based on site conditions and client feedback.
7. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in drafting for landscape, irrigation, MEP, civil, and/or electrical systems.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp is a plus).
