About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Sales Private Clients to join the Global Sales team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Meet revenue targets across designated global accounts, market segments, and territories by executing tailored sales strategies and action plans.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance brand presence.
  3. Create and implement account development plans to maximize revenue and provide insights for sales strategy improvements.
  4. Proactively prospect new opportunities, maintain a high-profile network, and represent the brand at trade shows, client events, and sales trips.
  5. Monitor performance targets, adhere to company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
  6. Act as a Jumeirah ambassador, delivering exceptional service, maintaining professionalism, and supporting internal collaboration and operational efficiency.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's degree, or MBA from an accredited university (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in international hospitality, with knowledge of hotel operations and familiarity with HNWI, private offices, and YPO networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, target-driven mindset, and proven success in relationship-building, account management, and negotiations.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce; fluency in English and Arabic or relevant local language; additional languages are a plus.
