The Role

  1. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility.
  2. Develop, in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, structured, timely, achievable personal business plans.
  3. Drive, manage, and maintain robust, positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partners of Accor and the hotel.
  4. Generate and maintain customers of the travel trade segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment).
  5. Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, and written communications.
  6. Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of your portfolio, managing all departments and accounts to achieve targets and maximum productivity.
  7. Provide service that is sincere, warm, and enthusiastic, ensuring guest and colleague satisfaction at all times.
  8. Familiarize yourself with all guests and colleagues, and be committed to service excellence.
  9. Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and a high standard of social skills.
  10. Promote good inter-departmental relations.
  11. Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times, promoting a good company image to guests and colleagues.
  12. Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance when representing the hotel, indicating a high level of commitment.
  13. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, and Heartists.
  14. Maintain professional business confidentiality.
  15. Adhere to company and hotel rules and regulations at all times.
  16. Be flexible to adapt to sudden increases in working hours as per business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
