Job description

Position Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer/Sales Executive with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Searching for new potential clients &projects.
  • Organizing sales call schedule.
  • Outside technical visits to potential clients.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Calculating client quotations.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Administering client accounts.
  • Preparing reports for head office.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Making technical presentations.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Solving client problems.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. Of Civil Engineering / Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in formwork and scaffolding field minimum 2 year.
  • AutoCAD, SAP 2000, and MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written English & Arabic.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Work requires working a flexible schedule
  • Multitasking & Time Management.
  • Working Under Pressure.
  • A proven track record in sales or technical sales engineering, preferably in the steel fabrication industry, with a background in construction building materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Arabic is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be currently in UAE with a Valid Driving License is preference.
