Project Director - VP/General Manager/Manager

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Director - VP/General Manager/Manager (EPC Business) to join our team for a school building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Have strong Contract Management skills and experience managing contracts in Commercial Building, Highway, and High-Rise projects in Saudi Arabia.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop business in the EPC sector, including Roads, Highways, Bridges, Water, Railway, Commercial & Residential Buildings.
3. Generate business either directly from clients as the main contractor or through strategic partnerships as a subcontractor.
4. Experience as a Civil Cost Estimator, specifically focused on pre-bid activities for building projects involving Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Fit-out activities.
5. Review BOQ, tender drawings, specifications, and conditions, coordinating with all trades including MEP.
6. Establish the company as a preferred partner by showcasing its capabilities in delivering quality EPC projects.
7. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
9. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
10. Proven success in business development within the construction industry, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market.
11. Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
