Project/Design Manager - Infrastructure Sector

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Oversee the detailed design process, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with local and international standards, and the integration of innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and manage expectations.
  4. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to geotechnical, environmental, and structural challenges.
  5. Monitor project finances, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to project schedules.
  6. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of delivery.
  7. Prepare and present regular project progress reports, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all project phases.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the GCC, focusing on land development and infrastructure projects.
  2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  3. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI) is preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of land development design, construction methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
  5. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
