As our Senior Manager in the commercial department within Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) IMA, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the legacy-DNP part of TTH business (legacy HNH scope) within the agreed IMA TTH sales/marketing strategy and budget.
You will own the end-to-end Premix performance, managing all commercial aspects and business activities related to nutrient-premixes, working closely with functions including Sales, Operations, Procurement, Formulation, and Quality across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa & Turkey regions.
You will contribute to shaping the Premix growth strategy, aiming to grow the business profitably across segments.
Your Key Responsibilities
IMA ISOL Commercial Management
- Translate global pricing strategy to a regional industry level and ensure implementation across the IMA region for both straights & premix.
- Achieve sales objectives of ISOL TTH through providing guidance on commercial targets, pricing, supply, and market overview to the IMA sales teams.
- Manage supply chain and inventory levels to ensure availability, making regional allocation decisions when necessary.
- Provide accurate reporting to IMA ISOL Sales Directors, IMA Strategic Transformation Director, and Global Commercial Director.
- Manage interfaces with Global Commercial Management, Product Management, Premix organization, Logistics, Customer Services, Finance, QA, SHE, and maintain contact with HNC Regional COO & Commercial team.
- Lead the regional Demand Planner.
- Drive commercial excellence.
- Be accountable for regional demand signals for the monthly IBP cycle, RAF, and budget.
- Support sales team on customer visits and negotiations as needed.
Premix Business Management
- Understand PMX segment strategies, must-win projects, and success enablers.
- Design workflows across functions for Premix project management.
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize raw material sourcing and costs, meeting customer requirements.
- Optimize factory capacity utilization.
- Coordinate with sales and operations to link asset utilization with tender opportunities.
- Support the Premix Operations Director with S&OP industry reconciliation.
- Represent IMA in IR/LORM global meetings.
Pricing and Contracting
- Manage TTH ISOL Premix pricing.
- Track sales versus contracted business.
- Share market and competitor insights from contracts and tenders.
- Support in bidding and negotiations with account managers.
- Translate global strategy into regional objectives (product changes).
- Align regional pricing policies with global/regional plans with Global Commercial.
- Approve price quotations at the regional level.
Cross-Functional Interaction
- Manage product reformulations and switchings with Premix Formulation.
- Implement global commercial guidance with sales and operations.
- Coordinate between business and operational needs (volume vs. price).
- Engage customers on long-term supply agreements.

You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Product Management, including product strategy and portfolio management; marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Higher education in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Business Administration, with knowledge of the Nutrition Ingredients industry market dynamics.
- Understanding of marketing-mix strategies and competitive market dynamics.
- Assertiveness, leadership, and people management skills.
- International and multicultural team experience.
- Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
