- Manage the customer journey from app downloads to account opening and funding.
- Manage the sales team to reduce drop-offs and improve fulfillment efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Tech, Ops, Credit, Business, and Compliance teams to enhance customer experience and scale up acquisitions.
