The Digital Marketing Executive should have thorough knowledge of online communication and some experience in creative design to guide external agencies according to the corporate identity of Hyundai and Genesis brands.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all digital media customer touchpoints, ensuring they are updated and aligned with Hyundai and Genesis brand identities.
  2. Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels successfully and on time.
  3. Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking on the website; optimize SEO.
  4. Track campaign effectiveness daily (leads, CPLs, CTRs, conversions) and evaluate performance against goals and KPIs.
  5. Manage social media accounts, create content, increase engagement, and enhance brand identity.
  6. Create, proofread, and edit digital marketing content for brand consistency.
  7. Monitor digital and social media trends, platforms, customer preferences, and new technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Identify key customer conversion and drop-off points to optimize user funnels.
  9. Collect and interpret marketing data, analyze campaign performance, and develop reports on web activity and traffic metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is mandatory.
  • Google and other digital marketing certifications are required.
  • Proficiency in managing website admin panels and Google Analytics is essential.
  • Experience with digital media agencies is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media management is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
