Job description

As a Culinary Coordinator at Conrad Dubai, you will provide secretarial and clerical support to the Culinary team.

What will I be doing?

As a Culinary Coordinator at Conrad Dubai, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  1. Ensure roster is in place and communicated with the team members in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure all Culinary team members' vacation plans are properly updated and approved in the system.
  3. Ensure all BEOs are shared with the concerned kitchen teams.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with Finance to ensure proper tips distribution for the Culinary team members.
  5. Coordinate with the Human Resources department for inquiries related to the Culinary team members, missing fingerprint approval, medical appointments, etc.
  6. Support scheduling meetings, interviews, etc., as directed by the Director of Culinary.
  7. Prepare reports and provide updates as requested by the Director of Culinary.
  8. Follow up with concerned team members to ensure Job chats / online courses are completed prior to the due date.
  9. Support the Director of Culinary with new projects and marketing-related requirements.
  10. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
