Job Description

We are searching for a talented individual who not only possesses advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer, post-processing skills in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, but also has the leadership qualities to inspire and guide our team of VFX artists towards excellence. If you have a passion for both design and leadership, and excel in these software tools, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

1. Utilize your expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase the features and ambiance of hospitality and F&B projects.
2. Interpret design concepts, sketches, and blueprints to create compelling visualizations that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and atmosphere.
3. Apply advanced material creation techniques and lighting setups to achieve realistic textures, finishes, and lighting conditions that enhance visual impact.
4. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to understand requirements, develop creative concepts, and provide artistic direction aligned with project goals.
5. Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines to deliver quality results on time.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, software, and AI tools in visualization, rendering, and animation to refine skills continually.
7. Invest in the professional growth of team members through training, knowledge sharing, and encouraging experimentation with new tools and techniques.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualization Artist with a strong portfolio in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.
• Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing or leading a team of visualizers.
• Deep understanding of hospitality and F&B design principles, trends, and standards.
• Experience in architectural photography and manipulation is a plus.
• Proficiency in other visualization software like SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Unreal Engine 5, or Blender is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
