Hunt & Harris Real Estate is looking for a Property Manager.

Seeking a dynamic Property Manager to lead a team, manage a diverse property portfolio, and facilitate communication between tenants, real estate agents, and owners. Must excel in managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations for the property management department.
• Drive leasing and property management activities to meet revenue goals.
• Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy, utilizing agent networks and managing commissions.
• Conduct market studies and price book updates for approval.
• Manage tenant relations, retention policies, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety compliance and oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Screen tenants, negotiate leases, and handle lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate financial records and property performance data.
• Address emergencies and tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and property management regulations.
• Initiate property management system upgrades and tenancy processes.
• Manage government-related processes for compliance.
• Handle lease terminations and settlements, coordinating legal procedures.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, receipts, and property insurance.
• Coordinate property upgrades and fit-out processes with tenants for timely NOC coordination.

What We Are Looking For :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a comparable role.
• In-depth understanding of local laws and regulations governing property management.
• Proven track record in managing residential properties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a history of software upgrading.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Previous experience in reporting and dashboards.
• Possession of a Valid UAE Driving License and Car.
• Experienced in team management.
• Must be available in the UAE.
